Wet Lease (ACMI)
The lessor provides the aircraft, the required cockpit and cabin crews, maintenance
engineers/technicians and insurance.
Dry Lease
The lessor provides the aircraft, the lessee is required to register the aircraft on his own AOC and
provide aircraft registration. A typical dry lease starts from two years onwards, with other
conditions normally to meet IATA certain conditions.
